Our chosen charity of the year
A donation from the proceeds of the Cream Tea Club goes to our charity of the year. This year we have chosen to support Shekinah, a Devon based charity that provides opportunities for people affected by homelessness, drug and alcohol issues, offending behaviours or mental ill health.
Shekinah sees the person first, so they can work together to enable them to be the person they want to be.
They have a range of projects across a number of locations and provide a safe space for people to develop their skills, regain their self-worth and go on to live independent and fulfilling lives.
To find out more about Shekinah, their work or how to get involved, contact Soo Brizell or Laura Fraser-Crewes on 01752 203480, or visit the Shekinah website.
Want to know how you can support Shekinah?
There are so many different ways that you can get involved Shekinah. Whether it's helping to raise funds, or simply becoming a volunteer.
